Welcome to the Matric Blog Spot. As the leaders in White House, we suppose you'd expect this page to be filled with relatively boring drool about discipline or 24/7 studying for exams... but you'd be wrong! This is not to say we are just a bunch hooligans (although this has been proposed once or twice before!). As Matrics we're responsible for making sure that White House continues to fulfill its primary goal of being 'A Home Away From Home'!

The Usual

We’ve had a peaceful week in our dorm this week, but I’d like to congratulate the matric members of the 1st team squad - Foxy (8th man), Kris (Centre), Tshepo and Vinokour (both Props). Well done okes on Monday’s game against False Bay!  Another sporting achievement is Kabelo Gcabashe being awarded a certificate for excellence and enthusiasm in swimming.

Jordan Sheefeni and Kevin Shanjengange also played in the first team basketball team who won the Western Province Top Schools u-19 tournament. They have medals to prove it.
In other news, a bus was seen with the polo boys who had just won the Mazinta cup. They were apparently through the roof, which was made of tin. This speculation of course…
